Business-to-Business (B2B)
Business-to-Business (B2B) is the electronic exchange of service information and products between businesses instead of businesses and consumers. It deals with one business to another for; directories, supply exchange, and products through e-procurement interfaces for information and initiating transactions.
Business-to-Consumer (B2C)
Business to Consumer (B2C) electronic commerce directly sells and purchases products, services, and information between businesses and consumers. B2C marketing starts its work with the progress of online work of websites for sale and purchase. In this type of business, consumers directly buy a company product without an intermediate agency for profit. In the world’s progressed countries, B2C business is the most popular way to purchase products.
People place online orders and receive the products at home from franchises and online supply agencies. Amazon is the world’s leading site for the online supply of products. Alibaba is another online supply agency that provides orders once placed online.
Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C)
Consumer-to-consume (C2C) is a type of online business that sells and purchases products, information, and services between consumers. In C2C business, the product is of a third party that provides a platform to its consumers to sell the products online and get a percentage share. Posting online advertisements and auctions on different platforms boost the sale of the product, and the consumers get rewarded because of the purchasing consumer. E-Bay and Craiglist are well-reputed online platforms that provide C2C business opportunities.
Consumer-to-Business (C2B)
C2B is the opposite of the traditional trading of B2C. in consumer-to-business C2B business; consumers sell their services or products to businesses. In this type of business, companies bid for a product or service and buy it with a high bid. A job board and design elements, photographs, and images are examples of C2B.
Business -to-Administration (B2A)
Business-to-Administration (B2A) deals with online transactions between companies, private administration, or government bodies. E-services facilitate government institutes for help in online deals. These services include registers, legal documents, fiscal data, social security, and employment status.
Consumer-to-Administration (C2A)
Consumer-to-administration C2A is a type of business where consumer sells their products to government bodies or public administrations. Government bodies show less interest in buying products or services from individuals. Individuals use electronic means for the following purposes.

Social security provides a platform for making payments and distributing information.
2. Taxes
Consumers use this platform for preparing tax returns and making payments.
3. Health
The health platform is used to get health information, provide test results, and make appointments.
